"Keep an eye on your policy for they drop your family members and change your address without approvals and blame corporate. Kevin never calls you back been emailing him since Oct to call us. They make promises that if you refer people you will receive gas cards that you will never get they owe me $100 total! Working with this agency is not easy."

"I want to thank you Carole Qually for your professional and informative information on getting a Hospital Income Insurance policy. I was very hesitant because I was well and had no known issues. I am so glad that I decided to go ahead with the policy. As it turned out I had a unexpected medical problem that sent me, not only to the emergency room two times but also being admitted to the hospital as well. I spent 6 days in the hospital and at another time had a procedure done that kept me overnight. When I was better I let Carole know that this had happened and asked her how do I proceed with a claim. She requested copies of my discharge papers and my emergency room papers. She assured me that she would take care of filing my claim and that all I had to do was take care of myself and get better. I received $240.00 per each day of admittance and also received the same for each emergency room visit. "Worst experience ever! I transferred from philly to ny using State Farm. Carol she started with giving me a high price, then she added on homeowners insurance when I didn’t have a home and she added it anyway. When I caught it she gave me a hard time. I found a better price with geico and tried to cancel it, she refused giving unnecessary excuses. I switched to geico and she still sent me a high bill even after cancelling.
